1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using Simon FM ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Simon FM is a Discord music bot that plays audio in voice channels. The Bot is provided free of charge on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Bot.
• Use the Bot to distribute copyrighted material in violation of applicable laws.
• Resell or monetize access to the Bot without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The Bot itself is owned by its developers. Music played through the Bot is sourced from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify) and remains the property of their respective rights holders. The Bot does not host or store any audio files.

5. Data Usage

The Bot stores minimal data necessary to function, such as server settings and queue data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Simon FM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
